Jenner, I had a teacher in the second grade that taught the entire class that there are no stupid questions. Yes the Walmart in Lodi California is the only one that has fried peppermint. The only problem with that location is that the town is so small the Walmart doesn't open as often as other stores. I don't know the hours so you might be stuck in Lodi. If you see the lights on in the store keep in mind there might be nobody home.

I used to get fried peppermints at Staples (near Oggi's and TJ Max), but they closed it down.
