do they recycle plastic & cans

It's called Quality Recycle its located 10197 Riverford Rd, Lakeside, CA 92040 Wal Mart does recycle at there service desk.

Santee Walmart does return the CRV value.

There's a recycle place on El Nopal and I think it's Riverview or Riverside as you're heading in the back way to Lakeside. I don't know the name of it and I'm not even sure it's still open but you can check the area
