What's going on khols Encinitas? I was forced to carry my things out without a bag and carry Jean's snd Jewelry out , as I turned my head in the parking lot I seen and older customer with a bag.. what is wrong with your service?

Bags cost 10 cents and people either bring a bag or buy a bag. If you want a bag those are your choices. Or you carry purchases out with a reciept.

That's because in California almost everywhere they charge 10 cents for a bag. That's been going on for a few years now.

I carry a bag in my purse at all times. Different areas of the county charge .10 cents a bag. Sorry I think they thought you just didn't want one. I see people all the time with merchandise in hand.

I'm sorry that happened to you! I've never had a problem like that with Kohl's.

Encinitas Law - They have to charge .10 cents for each paper bag. The good news is it's for a good reason. They always ask if I need one, I'm sure they improperly assumed you didn't want one!
