Monday to Saturday 1-4 and Tues and Thursday 630-8. Like the site says. Don't know anything different
Open swim is from 1pm to 4pm
They should be doing open swim until 4 or 4:30. Also, Spokane Aquatics web page shows all the pools and their times.
