Chuck can you please stop -shelby- Thom none of our whiskeys are "chilled" as in none of them are in the fridge. We can make it on the rocks or neat, or mix it however you would like. We do do smoked old fashioneds as chuck tried to describe even though he has never tried it. They are pretty popular.. hope to see you come in!
No they burn wood chip and smoke the whiskey glass by putting the glass over the flame starving it of oxygen and smoke fills the empty glass .thinking this infuses flavor.never tried it but seen it only done there.then they pour it over ice maybe they chill it with ice in a shaker.
