Will update based on resolution, if there is one. Initially, I had reserved the car for 2 weeks, several days in advanced, with pick up first thing when they opened. I ended up waiting for over an hour for a vehicle, as there were none ready at pick up time. The vehicle they then gave me had an empty gas tank and the inside of the windshield was extremely dirty. I did not have time to ask for them to clean the windshield, as I was already 1+ hours behind schedule. Part way through my trip, I needed to extend my rental by a few days. I called the local office, and they were able to extend no issue. I requested drop off by 5:30 pm, and they said that would be of no issue. Throughout the 2+ weeks, the car dinged at me several times about being overdue for an oil change as well. I sure hope it wasn’t, and that the techs just forgot to clear/reset the oil change indicator. Fast forward to drop off day. I arrive at 3 pm, and the office is closed. They have signage that says they do not accept after hours drop offs. So, I called customer service. They advised this location does indeed have after hours drop off. But, there is no drop box and signage says otherwise. So, customer service advised that I will have to keep the rental until the next day and that I will be charged for it. Absolutely not. Unacceptable. Thankfully, I live in this town, so keeping it another day is not as inconvenient. But what about others, who cannot say the same? If you do not accept after hours drop offs, then do not allow for drop off times after you close. And I sincerely hope I am not charged for the extra day because of a massive oversight by the local store.

I’m a disabled veteran. They LOVE screwing people over specially disabled veterans. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Please seek rentals elsewhere. Will charge you for things you never asked for, won’t give you your deposits back. Bad customer service. Left voicemails to me from associates stating I’ll get my deposit back, lied to over and over. Charged my card without my consent.

Alyssa and Mirna were really great to work with! I needed vans to shuttle 50+ people back and forth to a couple of the events my group had planned this week, and the ladies at the Government Way location in Coeur d'Alene were able to get me the three vans I needed without any issues. Great customer service, incredibly friendly and accommodating employees, and I was very happy with the price I paid compared to the Hertz and Thrifty Rent-a-Car quotes I received. Overall, this was an excellent experience!

Do not get a Nissan versa. The staff are pretty good, helpful, polite.
No you need to call the corporate office
This is a public assistance situation. You'd have to call them it go online to get a quote. You'd be able to pick your model/say "cheapest" option also😉
At some you can it costs you dearly for the return, not really worth doing.

In most instances, no notice is needed. But it is courteous to call to cancel ASAP
