Do you have to pay for a 1 year old to ride the rides?

I think a bracelet would be cheaper. You can order them on line. As for age and height I'm sure that info could be found online also

All rides cost and one yr olds are too young to ride except carousel on non moving seat

It depends on the ride. The carousel allows a toddler to ride with a paying adult, but the kiddie rides require payment for both the child and the adult.

I'm pretty sure most rides require tickets, even the kids rides...
