I believe it is very reasonable. I had my dog spade in October 2018 and it was around $200. They discount surgery costs drastically in order to make it affordable and support spay and neuter.

They'll happily give you a quote over the phone. Spay is more $$$, of course. If shopping around, be sure quotes include all costs (anesthesia, post OP pain meds, etc.) Also be aware WA state now requires rabies vaccination for all cats & dogs, which may also add to cost, and price may vary from vet to vet.
