We don't have a vegetarian-specific menu but we can make many things vegetarian on request. One of the most common items are our street tacos. The vegetarian ones replace the pulled pork with black beans and cauliflower. We also have a black bean patty to sub for any sandwiches. In addition to these options, we have multiple vegetarian items on our menu. Our caramelized carrots are a huge hit, our cauliflower "elotes" get constant rave reviews, and our farro-style risotto is fantastic. We try and make sure to have something for everyone!
