Okay... For the record... Pembroke Mall is not... I repeat not closed and it never has been in the 23 years I have lived across the street from it! As far as Ruby Tuesday goes it is on the northeast corner of Virginia Beach Boulevard and Constitution Drive abd it sits directly in the front corner parking lot of Michaels arts and crafts store. It is open for business. In relation to Ruby Tuesday's, Pembroke Mall is on the northwest side of Constitution Drive and Virginia Beach Boulevard.
The one I went to a couple of weeks ago was next to Pembroke mall. Yummy!

Pembroke closed a while ago. Jason's Deli is there now. This one is in the Janaf area of Norfolk on N. Military Highway.
