We went tonight 4/27 at the Virginia Beach Blvd. Location and the 3 young men working the front were great!! They were hustling and working as a team to take care of the lobby and drive thru. Very courteous and we felt welcomed and taken care of promptly. Kudos to all of them. Unfortunately, you dont get that kind of service much anymore. Great assets to your team and company!

I ordered gravy on the side or my rice or my rise I thought they would have forgotten when I picked my order up but the guy at the window said I put it on your wrist thank you guy at the window on Virginia Beach boulevard. We need more workers like you To remember people's pick up orders that are special. Once again thank you so much to the guy at Virginia Beach boulevard beach boulevard's Boston market

Chicken dark meat very dry, sides burnt, dry, and salty. Tiny portions even when they charge you extra for the sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach. These was the worse Boston market I have ever had. I will not be returning.

Went inside just now since the drive thru line was so backed up. As soon as we walked in, a woman working there groaned at our arrival and told the guy she was working with that she was going back on drive thru so she didn't have to help us. Then the guy just sort of walked around in circles while some other guy slopped food from a very dirty and sad looking buffet of food that only had 3 sides available. No one said hi, no one asked to take our order, just ignored us and complained about how busy they were. The manager came out and told the workers they didn't need help and went back to the back again. Only like half of the lights were on and the place just looks like it's about to go out of business. I hadn't been here in a couple years but this is NOT what I remember. Probably not ever going back, not when we found the rotisserie chicken place across the street as a result of this. It's locally owned anyway!
