Why is it that everytime I talk to someone in Customer service either in person or on they phone they are extremely rude and even hang up on me?

the expirience at Wal-Mart is different for everyone I personally have both good and bad customer service either way great store great prices

Daniel Dennison not everyone that Works at Sanford Walmart hates their job, I have worked there 7 yrs I actually love my job you don’t want to give customers the wrong idea by saying everyone hates working there.

Because they hate their job & are very unhappy with their lives & rather take it out on the customers, trust me I've dealt with it myself and have spoken to management about this problem, so I hope this helps if u have any other questions feel free to contact me for further information
