I agree the public can be challenging. As a former manager of a restaurant I understand. That's why I am the first to defend workers form the public. However Jessie was extremely nasty. I never once argued with her about the new kiosk. I simply was asking how to use it as to not mess up the kitchen, since cash was an option and I pressed it. She immediately went on the defense and gave me attitude and wouldn't even listen to me. She argued with ME when all I needed to know was to start a new order. Instead she was nasty to me. Someone I would immediately fire no matter how desperate for bodies.
I agree.I guess because of staffing issues that a body is a body. Not too mention dealing with the public is very challenging.
