Five star for a mcdonalds, restraunt is clean and staff is friendly. Order is fast. I won't judge the taste because well, it's mcdonalds.

I orderedA Big Mac no lettuce, a fry and a vanilla shake. The Mac still had some lettuce,the fries were cold(started eating them before leaving parking lot) and was told no shakes because no one wants to clean the machine. What a great place.

They're never open when they're listed to be. If I do manage to come in after eight and they're open, they take forever and find a way to mess up my order. It's ten thirty now and I saw two employees walk out after no one responded at the drive thru.

This location is usually ok. Today I ordered spicy nuggets and a coffee. Had to wait for the coffee, which wasn't an issue. Got home and found out that I got regular nuggets and there were white flakes floating in my black coffee. No one answered the phone when I tried to call to notify staff.

It's called "Welcome to Mcdonald's". Was this in drive-thru or lobby? Why did you not push the issue. I love my mcd's but not waiting an hour for it.
Yeah, i wonder the same when i go there.. i eat breakfast and they can't that right.. but give them $15 an hour..
The nugget issue is easy. Check the meal before you drive away. If there is an error,point it out! The fry issue is in place to keep kids from becoming obese. This has been in effect for quite some time. It gives the child fries,just not a bucket load of them. UPDATE... Ms.Campbell, your review is now getting a little far fetched. No one will put an empty nugget box with an order. Too many employees would see that and correct it. Can I ask you something? With all due respect, have you ever worked for Mcd's ?. You are very well versed when it comes to fast food and Mcd's. Did you possibly make a scene when you complained? You seem very defensive as a customer. I ask because I have a close family member who is employed by corporate Mcd's. Your issue should have been taken care of immediately!

Hi , The best thing to do anytime you have a problem or issue is to go straight to management to document the issue. They will fill put a insadent form go slow when explaining what happened. I have seen people get mad and just blast off. I can tell you from experience that slow and detailed is much better. The day you get in court if it goes the far will be far better served with facts a than fiction and drama.
