If you have a slip and your boat is launched and in your slip, you can get on it whenever you want. If they have to launch your boat from storage, you need to call and see if it's in the water. There's a schedule. If you have the boat on a trailer and want to launch it yourself, I would call just to be sure what that policy is for timing. Hope that helps.
