Well we don't even like the taste of it besides engaging in Zero tolerance has worked out perfectly for out family. I don't want to pay the tab for the extra hype or use of it.

They can..... However be aware that all alc is cooked out. The only thing left is the unique notes left over flavor wise. Using alc in food doesn't leave you drunk nor will u notice it. Unless you're prone to hypocondria!

Pete is right. There was a pasta dish that had wine in it but other then that they do not use alcohol in very many of their dishes.

They are pretty good at taking special requests and making something good. I don't think a lot of their dishes use alcoholic ingredients either.
