I decided not to shop certain items in the bulk drums today as kids were walking around helping themselves, barehanded, to candy, etc. Shouldn't this be managed?

Yes it should. And that starts with parents keeping an eye on their children

I agree they cant have people standing there all the time to make sure peoples kids are in line

They try as best they can to prevent it but this is more of a parental control thing.

Not to disagree, but when our kids were little, the Richland Winco had a lady who took care of the bulk area. She wouldn't even let kids wander near candy alone. Careless parents are enevitable. As l saw today.

I agree. Me kids were just about glued to my hip when they were little. That was not to long ago.😊
