I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for over a year now for takeout as I work in the mall. Today around 8:00pm my partner and I decided to come for dine in. We were seated by a young lady next to the bar. We waited for 30 minutes and nobody came to bring us water or take our order. The lady who seated us was standing at the counter talking to her server friend while everyone else was busy. The restaurant was not overly busy, the lady just did not seem to care. We ended up walking out and going to Five Guys as it’s ridiculous to be waiting that long without even a greeting. I let a person who regularly serves me know after we left about my experience and he let me know he’d follow up on it. Deeply disappointed in our experience and this server needs to be reprimanded or fired.

Just left this place for the second time being turned away saying “we don’t have room” “we’re filling up” each time there were more than 8 empty tables inside the restaurant and zero people seated outside. I will not be back to this restaurant. Not sure if it is race discrimination or what but seemed like she was about to seat us and then after a quick chat with another worker the above is what we were told and it would be 20 minutes before we could be seated. I wish there was an option for ZERO star reviews.

The service was horrible from start to finish the lady at the entrance demanded everyone to have masks which is understandable but not when the waitress herself wasn’t wearing hers secondly we were sat too close to a couple which was very uncomfortable since there was only a feet of distance separating us so we asked if we could be seated in one of the many empty tables they refused even though the place was basically empty making no sense for her to place us so close to someone else. third we ordered 20 pieces of wings but only got 15 and the 15 pieces were dumped on top of each other mind you they were different flavors yet we didn’t complain at that point we just didn’t care anymore Finally I revived the bill and we were charged for the 20 wings so I corrected her and had our bill changed all that wouldn’t have bothered me and I understand people make mistakes but it was her rude attitude and lack of effort that caused me to write this review

this was the poor quality of my wings in a take-out order, I find it disrespectful to receive the wing with feathers. I do not recommend the place because of its poor quality and high prices

Its steady but staff is always right on top of the service no matter. Big games on get there early. It's a blast
