Throw it away. Really, book an appointment to go in to the store and talk to them. You won't find a solution on maps.
This might either be a hardware of a software problem. Try backing it up and then factory resetting it through iTunes. If that doesn't work, bring it into an Apple store and see what they can do for you. Sometimes, it's as easy as getting your battery replaced.
