You do need an appointment for screen repair but yes you can do it the same day, process normally takes a couple hours. If you come in too late during the day, it might get too backed up and you might have to leave your phone overnight so the earlier the better! As for appointments, it's usually booked out a couple days in advance but there is walk-in availability every day. Go when they open for the fastest experience!
