It's probably just tilapia with seasonings and then steamed, but the likelihood of you getting an exact recipe is slim. Also, whoever gives you the recipe could potentially get into legal trouble like the group of people in 2007 (I think) who stole Dr.Pepper's recipe and tried to sell it to Pepsi.
