Ordered general Tsao chicken and they gave us shrimp and vegetables. When we called to get it sorted out they asked for a picture and told us that what we got was chicken (definitely wasn’t) and refused to refund it

Portions large for price. Vegetable LoMein lacked flavor. Cheese rangoons were ok but sweet and sour sauce tasted chemically processed. Vegetable fried rice was decent.

Always ask for a receipt. I came to get a combination lo mein: chicken and shrimp. Why if the sign says $9.99 my total comes to $16.96? He said it’s because it’s “premium” shrimp meaning I get more. No sir, you’re just trying to charge more for no reason. I asked for my correct change. I also found it strange he didn’t redo my order. He probably took out shrimp with his fingers. Not coming back.

I have been there 4 times. Every time I have a bad experience. This is my last time. The food isn't good. I went around 1:30 today and ordered thinking I was getting the lunch special. I was charged for the dinner portion. I wish I was asked first. I was charged $16 dollars. I feel like I always get screwed around. Didn't include any sauces.
