Not a question but leaving a comment...Called, asked a question and was hung up on, very rude customer service at this location...apparently someone is having a bad day...

It's a great place, I'm sure it was an accidental. They are very busy helping to house homeless men and there under staffed. Please don't judge the place by one bad phone call . You can only get in there by Santa Ana Police dept.

It's a very helpful place for the people that take advantage of the help
