Should have an appointment. That being said, if they aren't real busy they might try to squeeze you in. They try very hard to take care of you. It is a very happy place and pets seem to enjoy going there.
Grooming is by appointment only. We can occasionally do walk-in nail trims but it is best to call ahead since we don't always have groomers there during normal business hours
