I've had Mutual of Oregon for about a year now. I recently had a small fire in my garage as was very impressed. I reached out the same day and Mark Metune in the claims department was very helpful. I was contacted less than an hour later by Ryan Blanchard who I believe was the adjuster. The damage ended up not being extensive enough to make sense to move forward with a claim, but I was very impressed by how quickly the company was looking to help.

Horrible insurance. Let me tell you what they did to my mom. 45 year customer through Hagen & Hamilton. She had a water leak in her laundry room call Oregon Mutual the agent Anthony Vasquez tells her he’ll come over and help. He comes over yes miss we can fix this up for you we got you covered. Then he brings in the fixers Oregon restoration. The 2 of them tell my mom they’ll fix her house and it’s covered. So in November they tear the whole place apart to the framing and foundation. Now they have her at their mercy. Well mam it going to cost you another $60,000 to repair. Mom says you said it was cover Anthony well only $10,000. So there she sits in the middle of the rain walls open. And no one will come help. They leave it like this mind you they charged her $7500 of the $10,000 to tear out a 6’ x 12’ room staple up plastic and put fans in there “water mitigation “. This would be funny if not true. I fixed it all by myself but it took me a few months. I live in California. Next they cancel her insurance 9 month later starring she has too much stuff in her kitchen. Are you kidding me. This is an 88 year old widow. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH OREGON MUTUAL, OREGON RESTORATION OR HAGAN AND HAMILTON. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. THIS IS HOW THEY WILL TREAT YOU AFTER 45 Years

I am very pleased with the quick response I received from the claims department. I made the switch to Oregon Mutual from one of the top property and casualty insurance carriers several years ago and I have never regretted my decision. I will always recommend an A+ insurance company like Oregon Mutual that makes customer service a priority.

I ended up getting Oregon Mutual Insurance after one of their clients hit my truck. They treated me so good during the process, I wondered 'If they treat other people this nice, just imagine how well they treat their own clients'. Haven't had a claim yet, but I am confident I will be taken care of.

Too high for me,$85.85 monthly. Car paid off, I'm 81 drive only 5 miles day!!! Need lower!
