That is not a place for alcoholics so no, you cannot go there and disrupt everyone's lives. You need to go to rehab first. They only take sober people, no druggies. Go to Craigslist and look for a sober home for women. Or skid row.
Good for you for recognjsing your follies and seeking help. If you go there, they can at least direct you to help, even if they cant offer rehab there
