The term is disturbing the peace, whether i it is loud music, a barking dog or modified car engines, it’s a judgement call based on what a reasonable person would think. Unfortunately the thoughtless among us aren’t reasonable-they’re selfish, know what they are doing and simply don’t care about others. Somehow whatever they want to do should be acceptable to anyone. And they simply believed mommy when she taught them as kids that they are “special.”
Until 10 pm. That's the law.
If it is annoying, call the police .
There is no noise curfew unfortunately so they can have it all night
