I would say yes, because there are streets around if there is no spot at the lot, but it doesn't get exaggerated in the parking lot.
To all that have any worry about parking at the new structure. Have no fear there's never been a full house yet. There's so much parking it's kinda weird. Enjoy your stay in beautiful orange.
They have a parking structure by the train station as well as the train station lot.
Street parking is scarce but the city and business-owned lots usually aren't full around then.
