There will be fees for spectators of larger softball tournaments. Not aware of any fees for parking.
The park has several entrance area's. Typically referred as mile square park. The sports area is typically free as well as parking on several streets. It does have a few area's you would need to pay for if your in that area
Yes, A Fountain Valley sports park is part of the city park which is free to everyone. Except for when they hold special events and then I think there is a parking fee. The county side as a entrance fee to the park
