Can I pay someone’s car registration even though my name is not on the title?

U have to be reg. Owner of car. AAA is a good membership to have as well as inexpensive. Also saves alot of standing in line time that u may have to do at DMV... 😊

My guess is no. I have a hard time paying for a car that is in a trust name. They finally let me but it took a while... You basically have to own the car or be an registered owner. Thats the point of being a member of auto club. Have your friend become a member. Its inexpensive and easy. Can be done the same day he/she gets registration.
