If u didn't receive ur renewal in the mail u can make an appointment on line. Otherwise go in person

All I can say is if you can't make an appointment get there early like 5:30 in the morning they open at 8:00 a lady will help you get in line and handle your paperwork it worked for me I was out of there by about 8:15
You need to go in so they can take a new picture.
