Is it normal for the hole of a tongue piercing to get bigger within the first month of having it? Its like the bar is slowly cutting my tongue and it really does feel as if I ripped my tongue slightly where I got the piercing done.

Seems like its migrating , something your doing is putting stress on it..maybe go in and see if you might be ready for a smaller length...since they usually put in a longer barbell in it initially since it usually swells after it gets done.

I'm not sure about that one - but if you're concerned, you should just go into the shop and talk to a piercer. They're all super nice and knowledgeable!
