Can you go in with your own design and have them do it?

I brought a picture for James and he tweeked it and made it exactly the way I wanted it, without me really even having to tell him what I wanted. I am very impressed with his work, he has done all of my daughters and she has been happy with all of his work. Go in and check him out, talk to him.
