I have no clue truthfully. From the owners to the integrity of the food.....its exactly the type of place we need more of. Steak sando and seared ahi tacos are life changing.
Agreed. Sometimes people have unknown motivations. I've never had anything less than an amazing meal.
Michael, that may not be their fault. It may have to do with their supplier or something else. It could be an ordering issue on their side, of course, too. They may have to play it safe because they're such a tiny family business. Maybe they're trying to make their supply last as long throughout the day as possible and feel it's unfair to sell most of one product to a single person at the beginning of the day... Because then they'd have more than just one annoyed customer. Just some thoughts/possibilities.
Perhaps an inability to keep an adequate stock of supplies for the demand. It can be frustrating being told at 11:30AM you are limited in how much you can order of a particular item.
