Is the main engine house in the back of the museum open to visitors during visiting hours? I wanna be able to see the FP45 and the SP U(boat)

Most indoor exhibits and car houses are closed to the public at this time, however select locomotives and trolleys operate each weekend, as well as periodic outdoor exhibits of select equipment on weekends. Due to Covid, none of the buildings seem to be open. The notable exception being the gift shop.
