Apparently filling out the required paperwork, paying the one months rent termination fee, having the check deposit statement from your bank and emails from management confirming the lease termination date is NOT sufficient evidence and they will still send your account to collections 5 days before sending you a final account statement.
You have to have all rent payed up then pay and extra month . That endd you lease
