There are different trails you can go on, some are extremely easy while some are a little more challenging. You can follow the stream under the trees or hike up on the canyon edge if you like.
The joy about this trail is it's a combination of intertwined trails; each designed to show you different scenery and at set at different intensity levels. It's as easy as you want it to be. There's plenty of shade so it's great with these heatwaves we are having as well. Easily one of my favorite tails down here.

Yes. It is fairly easy if you stay on the main trail.
I agree. Very easy trails. Shop at REI for trekking poles. They are not cheap, but worth the investment! Bring water and sunscreen. 😎
