It would be easier for you to go to Salvation Army to work off your 10 hours. They do a lot of community service. The animal shelter makes you do a live scan to volunteer there.
If not the Salvation Army, try FrontSight Military Ministries. They offer community service. Or any Catholic churches in Chino and many Christian churches in Chino/Chino hills/Ontario. If you're trying to stay in Rancho for community service, you can also ask Chaffey College Security office.
