As far as I know none of these institutions give you the kittens for free. But they have very reasonable prices. In reality, they don't charge you for the kitten himself they charge you for the services that are needed for the adoption process to take place. They include: sterilization, microchipping, vaccination and a vowcher to see a veterinarian within 3 days after coming out of the shelter. If the kitten is sick you have to pay for his treatment separately. Just so you know, cats aren't licensed.
I have a family of kittens and the mama kitty that I need to get rid of will find a nice home for them I can't have them where I'm living I'll give them to you for free just get at me ASAP they are already weaned off of the mom they eat by themselves they use the litter box by themselves there about 6 to 8 weeks old
