Why is it when you order your meal they never tell you about the food bar? Been there 3 times and never mentioned even once. We ordered and went to get utensils to eat with from side. No forks, no napkins, drinks were out of order on some, nasty!!

I agree. I've always liked KFC, but not sure how that location stays in business.
