Fruits and vegetables can be much cheaper. Everything else is about the same, sometimes even more expensive.
Don't know about Albertsons, I don't shop there but prices are comparable to TJ, it's more of a Specialty/Ethnic food store plus ready to serve cooked dishes and a pastry section as well.
Yes it is cheaper than trader Joe's a lot cheaper and more variety
