It may depend on the reason you're not satisfied with your cut. If the cut has something wrong with it like an uneven cut, they would fix it. But if you got the cut you asked for but don't like the way it looks on you, you might have to pay for another style.
They have fixed mine before. I've only had a problem once.
I don't know about policy on that. However I never pay until the have is how I want it.
