It was 1:54pm and my son needed his hair cut for school pics we went 2 days in a roll trying to get it done and finally today we was turned away because I didn't go and check in online so basically it's not even 2 yet and but was told it wouldn't do any good cause they was only going to do the ones that was already on list very rude and WASENT ay all willing to help my child look good for his school pics. Never again will I use them. Oh and I always tip 20$ so they lost out not me and my babies

It’s literally what you pay for when you go to a place like this. I understand toddlers are not easy to deal with but why would you let someone who’s just starting take a go at it? My kid got nicks for days and his haircut definitely leaves something to be desired. My husband went after to give them another shot and with someone sitting still you’d expect it to better, it was not. The three of us left covered in hair looking worse off.

When they are open and I do mean WHEN...half the time they won't take walk ins... place is a joke, dnt know how they are still in business, but then again why would you go to great clips for a cut? Should have known better... and how do they have 4stars with ALL THE BAD REVIEWS🤔
