Do you serve pulque, & authentic barbacoa tacos? I'm just curious... not sure if there's anywhere in the county that makes the barbacoa de chivo with the pencas de maguey in a ground pit.

... Which "leaves"* us with the first item in the question: do you serve up the alcoholic drink known as "pulque"? I'm certain that it's commercially available, but perhaps not as common or accessible, or in some cases marketable or saleable. (*It's made with the maguey leaves...)
