Every event it slightly different. I would call them if you want to be sure. I was there for an event last month and ended calling them and they were super helful!

You can but it will be hand checked. If u bring a clear bag or even a small crossbody purse and just your bilfold and keys, you will still be hand checked but it will by faster cuz its less they have to look at. Tye less pockets ur bag has the better.
