We have asked and they said they only allow pets of any size to be tied to the fence surrounding the outdoor seating.
I brought my pet stick bug "Sticky Steve" and they didn't seem to have an issue.
Not sure, they do have access to outdoor patio without going thru main dinning, sure service dogs be ok
I've never seen any.
