Bumpers is actually no longer in business. The new name is players and spectators and the new ownership does not have bumper cars any longer
The new and improved Players & Spectators does have an arcade though. They've added pool tables as well. I enjoyed my time there and the service was well done for how little they had in staffing. Fun place for all ages.
