My friend's birthday was held there a couple of weeks ago. It was $300 for 2 hours for 30 people. $10 each for extra guests. The parties are private and you have access to the kitchen.
Yes, however I believe Fridays and Sundays are excluded as that is normal business hours unless done during the day.
