Multiple routes with the same name but they go in completely different routes to completely different destinations no joke like 8 miles apart and there isn’t a clear way to tell witch is witch. Sometimes the routes that go the same way will even stop short or turn and stop somewhere other than the bus 15 minutes previously.

For bus 28, the stop by state bank is right in front of a drive in entrance, is there a way of moving it forward?

For a city with no light rail the buses run efficiently. 99% of the drivers I interact with are friendly and helpful and the ones who have to put up with the crazy people on the 25 and 90 routes should get raises. One thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is lack of service after 6 pm and on weekends and mediocre service to Spokane Valley. I supposed if I lived and worked in the Valley I might give it a lower review but luckily I live and work in Spokane and I intentionally looked for my apartment along a regular bus route so a car isn't needed and if I am out late I use Uber. It might get an upgrade when STA implements their changes.

Excellent service Bus drivers are nice and courteous. They even kept one of my models I made for them. Sitting on top of their Grumman bus model in the bus shop. The buses may be bumpy but are fun to ride. Had a few nice conversations with a few drivers. I'd say they are doing top of the line job, definitely a 5 star for me. Best transit system I could know of.
