Wind is the big cancellation button. Snow should still keep them going. If you are travelling from a long way, call an hour out just to verify.
I really do not know but I have gone on one of the eagle cruises and it was snowing... It was still beautiful... and that was about the same time of year that I had gone... We did go earlier this month this time though... If you've never been on it you will enjoy it
